Kent A. Price

PDG is led by Kent A. Price with over 25 years of experience in real estate development, construction and management. Kent Price, along with his family operating under Price Brothers Management, Inc., has over 11,000 apartment units under ownership and management with a concentration in Kansas City and Dallas, along with investments in office, retail and land parcels. As a 3rd generation developer/investor, Kent Price's vision is to develop projects that meets the modern day lifestyle of our population with exciting housing and retail environments that will provide economic growth for years to come. After 25 years of building the family business through acquisitions and development of single family communities, rental communities, condominium projects, and retail and office projects, Kent Price's leadership and vision sets the tone for PDG to execute future projects which delivers superior investment values for its partners.

Monte Wendler

Monte Wendler graduated from Washburn University with a B.A. in Management and a Juris Doctorate degree in 1981. After a 10 year career specializing in apartment brokerage, Monte Wendler joined Price Brothers Management where he handled property acquisitions, dispositions, financing, legal and property development. With experience in handling over $500,000,000 in acquisitions, dispositions and financing along with designing and executing single family, multifamily, office and retail development projects, Monte Wendler has a strong background in all facets of property development and brings a strong, yet practical vision in maximizing property values.

Chris Bennish

Chris Bennish is a Development Partner with PDG who brings his prior experience as a development manager, investment associate and asset manager to PDG projects. Chris’s prior work experience includes positions as a Real Estate Analyst/Project Manager with Design Workshop in Denver, experience as a Senior Associate with Moran & Company in Denver, and development and asset management experience gained while a Development Manager with Alliance Residential in Denver and Houston. Chris’s foundation of skills in construction, investment analysis, asset management and development management provides a solid foundation that allows him to guide a project from land acquisition through entitlement, design, construction and lease-up.
