The project is located at 9395 Scarborough, Lenexa, Kansas at the corner of Prairie Star Parkway and Renner Boulevard. Construction of the apartments began in May 2012 and the clubhouse and apartment buildings opened in March 2013 with completion of the project by December 2013.
