Rye SoBo

Rye SoBo is a 354-unit Class A multifamily development, situated at 363 South Broadway in the Baker/South Broadway neighborhood, less than a mile south of the Central Business District of Denver, Colorado. Set in the heart of the Denver Design District, this 2.82-acre site is part of a 75-acre master-planned redevelopment area, poised for future growth with plans for 10-million square feet of mixed-use space. The development's location offers residents easy access to the Alameda light rail station, less than 400 feet away, and to Interstate 25, the main north/south artery connecting the Denver CBD and Denver Technology Center.
